Ira L. Zuckerman has been a tax and business attorney for over thirty years. He assists clients with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issues, including individual, business and payroll tax issues, as well as individual and business tax planning. He also represents individuals and companies with Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) issues, including business and sales tax issues for clients throughout Florida. He has a Masters Degree in Tax Law (LL.M. in Taxation), and is admitted to practice law in Florida and various Federal Courts including the U.S. Supreme Court.

Lauren J. Mata

Lauren began her career six years ago as a legal assistant until becoming a member of the Florida bar in 2013. She is an attorney with experience in Florida and Federal tax law, corporate formation, wills and trusts, estates and probate law. She has extensive experience as a current and delinquent tax return preparer, and handles a full caseload of IRS and DOR tax controversies.
